TRUMBULL - JVF Vipers captain Alessia Lye has officially signed with Framingham State University!
One of the founding members of #Viperslax, and an attacker for the Trumbull High School Women's Lacrosse team, Lye will enroll at FSU this fall where she will play lacrosse, pursue an education, and a career in fashion!
Over the last year, Alessia Lye has provided steady leadership for the JVF Vipers, and overseen the transformation from a developmental team, to an elite team, finishing her career as the all time leading goal scorer for the ball club.
"Les" will now take her talents to Framingham Massachusetts, and suit up for the Rams, who play their lacrosse in the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference!
Lye will become the first ever JVF Vipers player to play at the collegiate level, shattering the glass ceiling for our women's lacrosse program. Alessia has now become an example to all the young women that will join the program after she graduates.
The James Vick Foundation is beyond proud of this young woman, and we wish her well as she enters the next stage of her career!
